- All prices include HST. VIP membership must be paid in full before members can start enjoying discounts.
- One member per VIP membership. VIP membership cannot be shared, except for immediate family members, such as spouse or children.
- Credit balance has no expiry date. It can be used towards all products and services that we offer. Purchases will be deducted from the credit balance.
- VIP discount applies whenever purchase is deducted from the credit balance. Any purchase made outside of the credit balance will be subjected to regular pricing.
- VIP discounts do not apply when skincare products or services are already on promotion.
- Member can choose to pay separately for their purchase without using their credit balance, in which case, regular prices will apply.
- When the remaining credit balance is less than the amount of the next purchase, member must renew their membership in order to continue enjoying the exclusive discounts: – Member can purchase another VIP membership at the published price to fully enjoy its respective discounts immediately. – Member can pay another $5,000 to renew the existing membership level. If your cumulative spending at SKIN MED has exceeded $10,000 or $20,000 at time of renewal, your membership will automatically be upgraded to the Platinum or Diamond level by paying the $5,000 renewal fee.
- All sales are final on VIP membership. No refund on unused credit balance.
- In case of dispute, SKIN MED reserves the right to make any final decisions on all matters not covered by these terms and conditions.
